Crystal Beach Neighborhood Guide
Crystal Beach is an unincorporated community in the census-designated place of Pinellas County, Florida, United States. This gulfside fishing village has a “small-town” traditional feel with only about 1200 residents. You will not see mailboxes at the end of the driveways or mail carriers, as Crystal Beach residents prefer to keep their old-fashioned post office box mail system rather than home delivery mail service. As a result, the post office, which first opened in 1914 has become a neighborhood hub where residents meet and greet one another. Schools zoned in that area are some of the best in the Pinellas County. The Pinellas trail is in close proximity, which is a great place for walking, jogging and riding bikes. Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are a short drive away.
